I’ve added color to the last two posts. It seems adding color is becoming part of the process for me. I find it relaxing to spend some of my blogging time coloring in previous posts. It satisfies a different facet of the creative process, and it can give the art a fresh new life. For example, I was imagining the bottom image as a flower that had lost its petals. But after I added color, it turned into a raspberry!

I am loving how you bring your sketches to life with colour, Tim.
Hi Bonnie,
Thanks – glad you like!
Tim
wonderful (~_~) color my world…
how would you describe the color red to some one that is blind and has never seen colors? (injecting inspiration in you… grinin’)
Hi Art,
That’s an interesting question. There are so many things that the color red represents. I think I would say that red represents passion and very strong emotions. That’s a real challenge – maybe one that a poet could tackle best.

Hi Tim,
Color really is a story in of itself and I truly appreciate and thoroughly enjoy your every creation!
Hi Lorraine,
It’s really nice to hear that!

Tim, your sketches are beautiful whether you color them or not. But for me, when you give them color…you give them a heartbeat. Have a wonderful day.
Hi Laurie,
I hope you had a great day, too. Thank you!

I love to see the colour too. How I image the flowers and how you colour them is completely different. Seeing your view and mine, shows me that there are many different opinions of the same ideas.

For the last few days I have been colouring with some new stamps that I received. I love colouring!! It really is soooo relaxing! I am having a card making night with two friends tonight and I love to see how we come up with completely different cards using the same stamps and paper! It inspires me!
Enjoy your day Tim,
Hi Allana,
I’m just finding some comments that I missed or somehow thought I had replied to, but hadn’t. I hope you had a great stamping party!
